Just wanted to let you know, how happy and satisfied I am in doing business with you.  I know that I will receive my order in 2 or 3 working days, and what a life saver this is for me.  I cannot let Rocky (African Grey Congo) run out of his Roudybush. After going to the Columbus Ohio Bird Fair last year, I bought some treats for Rocky and was given a sample of Roudybush.  This is his main diet now, even though I am still giving him some seed mixture in which I will also add Roudybush. We greatly appreciate your generous offer to replace the box of Higgins Millet you sent us with a free box of Nemeth Millet, but, as it turns out, our cockatiels don't exactly HATE the Higgins Millet. They did, in fact, finish eating the first handful of Higgins sprigs that we fed them; just not with the same speed and relish with which they typically devour the Nemeth Millet. So, in reply to your offer, we will hold onto the box of Higgins Millet and feed the rest of it to our birds. But please continue to stock Nemeth Millet. When we use up all of our Higgins Millet, we will email you to ask if you have any Nemeth currently in stock. If so, we will go ahead and place an order for the Nemeth Millet. If not, we will ask when you WILL have the Nemeth available, and, if it's within a reasonable amount of time (a week or two), we will place an order for it when you have it in stock.

We added a Goffins Cockatoo from Dave to our home back in May 2006.  She is the most amazing bird (but we are a bit biased)!!  She turned one in December of 2006 and we have enjoyed every minute with her.  Dave is wonderful to work with and will answer any question (day or night!!)  We always order our food to pick up at the local bird fairs so we can chat and show off pictures of "Serafina".  Our next baby will definitely come from Nite Owl!

Dear Dave, The replacement order arrived in perfect shape. Thank you for resending the bird seed. I was dumbfounded when I received the box all busted up. Hello, I want to thank Dave publicly. He has done an outstanding job for me. We rescued a male parakeet and after bringing him to see Dr. Sakas had tried for one year to get him to eat Zupreem pellets. I happen to pass Dave's booth at a show and told him my parakeet story. He gave me a free sample of the Roudybush Crumbles. To my surprise, as soon as I put the Roudybush down, my parakeet ate it! I was stunned.
Needless to say the next show I saw Dave at I purchased more Roudybush. I also have a cinnamon green-cheek conure that is slightly retarded. Coco is our special bird. He is so sweet. I wouldn't trade him in for anything. I had a horrible time weaning him. I actually brought him to the vet. The vet said to take regular Roudybush, crush it and put it into the Roudybush baby formula I was already feeding him. What a difference! Coco finally started gaining weight and in no time at all he weaned. We have continued the pellets with him. At a recent bird show Dave told me about "Pretty Bird Ultimate" powder. It's a powder supplement I sprinkle on the food. All of our birds' feathers now glisten. Especially Coco's. Coco always looked kind of drab and now he is one healthy, beautiful bird. I can't thank Dave enough for all he has done. I even had a problem with a bucket of the Roudy bush pellets and he not only sent new product once BUT TWICE! I appreciate all that you have done for me Dave. You're the best!!!!

It's Lizz, the pain in the hinny impulse macaw buyer from the medina show!  I just wanted to thank you for raising such a wonderful little person....I adore her, like I hatched her myself.   I think her name is going to be 'Kai' [rhymes with sky], in Hawaiian it means 'sun', and in Navajo , it means willow tree.  Two of my favorite things!  
She's getting along well with everybody, my two year old Caique girl, olive, can't get enough of preening her giant baby sister, and the little boy ranger, 5 month old Caique, is a typical little brother, alternating between trying to be 'cool' and hang out with her, and trying to see what her drumsticks taste like....sigh.....boys!   All interaction between everybody is VERY closely supervised though.  Very.  like we're talking I'm inches away.  But it's the cutest thing.  I actually got teary-eyed the first time olive was diligently preening Kai's head, and she just closed her eyes, and lowered her head....sooooo sweet! 
Se went for her first in-harness-out-of-crate car ride yesterday.   I think she liked it!  on the way back, she had to sit on my hand and rest her head on my shoulder and look out the window.  i think we turned quite a few heads!  and I took her over to meet the neighbor kids when we got home, very well-behaved kids, that thought she was the coolest thing ever!  She calmly sat on the porch railing while they pet her, and only squawked once, when the littlest one moved her wing.  I was a very proud momma. 
So she's doing great, and I love her to pieces, she's the perfect addition to the 'zoo'!   Thanks again, I'll order Roudybush when I need more, and send pictures soon!

You guys are FANTASTIC!  I can't find Roudybush locally and have brought from you at shows before.  After finding you with great prices, "cheap" shipping that's fast, I won't consider shopping anywhere else for pelleted food from now on.
